Return and Refund Policy -

At The Amber Studios, we want you to love every piece you receive.

While we do not accept returns, we’re happy to offer an exchange if:

• Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or

• You receive an incorrect item.

• No Return No Refund. All the approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 15 business  working days.

Please keep in mind that slight variations in our woven pieces are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
