Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Partner: Delhivery

  • Delivery Timeline: 0–7 business days

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Logistics Partners: EPS, FedEx, and Delhivery

  • Delivery Timeline: 4–10 business days

  • Customs & Duties: Our product prices include all applicable Indian taxes. However, import duties or customs charges (if applicable in your country) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of order placement.

  • Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Pre-orders require a delivery timeline of 15–20 days.

  • All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged Products

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

For any damage discovered after opening, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product with:

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails twice, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return transit.

  • Returned shipments due to missed deliveries do not qualify for a refund.
